Bellard 大神发布了一个基于 neural audio codec 声音压缩方式
简单的说就是把 wav 文件压缩为 token ，播放的时候让模型预测实际数据
压缩比十分夸张
不过他这个文件不能直接播放，只能通过他给的可执行文件先转了才能播放
用 electron 搞了算是全球第一个能播放 tsav 的播放器吧
