学习百词斩助手插件，并且升级改造

去年或者前年，模仿一款浏览器插件《百词斩助手》，采用了 wxt + Vue 进行改写。

升级改造后的好处是可以跨平台，发布到 edge 、firefox 等应用市场。

最近发现原始项目增加了限制，只有开通会员才能查询单词了，有点遗憾。
