13'' RMBP 2015 Early 时常性唤醒缓慢、黑屏，如何解决？

电脑差不多买来一个月，应该不会有暗病之类的。睡眠后唤醒会时常反应缓慢，表现为黑屏。等待约 30 ~ 60 s 后问题才会亮屏。
如何解决？
