Mac 下如何让Control + 左右键不会跳过标点和单词，实现类似 Windows 下Ctrl + 左右键的效果？

刚发现 Control + 左右键只是在 Xcode 中生效，其他 APP 里要用 Option + 左右键的，不过 Option 也是会跳过标点的。
