netcat 在广域网连不上，正常吗？

下边的命令只能在局域网连接，可以双向发送数据。

nc -l 1234

nc 192.168.0.101 1234

如果是用 UDP 则勉强可以连接，服务器能接收到数据，客户端接收不到。

nc -u -l 1234

nc -u 27.12.175.47 1234

这个 IP （ 27.12.175.47 ）是路由器的外网 IP ，并做了相应的端口转发到 192.168.0.101 。

这种情况正常吗？请大家指点一下。谢谢！
