根据大家的回复，结论是要等别人已注册的账号被回收是不可能的。所以，大家赶紧抢注册。😂

好吧......就当没说(⊙﹏⊙)，这个政策已经被取消了，用的是一个 https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3036546?hl=en Inactive Account Manager 管理～～抱歉楼主啊～～

GMail 会回收的，不过有条件的，处于违反 google 条款的账号，有很大几率过段时间就会被回收。如果没有违反 google 的服务条款，则永不回收。

就算能回收，也应该设置成永久占用不可再次注册。
不然 163 出现过邮箱被回收然后被人重新注册，然后去其它网站找回密码，game over! |

回收的账号也无法再次被使用，只有没有人使用过的账号才能注册

回收是否支持重新注册，这个要看此账号的活跃度，如果此账号，只登录过几次，而且极少邮件往来，过段时间就可以重新注册。如果是经常有邮件发送到此地址，则很难被重新注册，可能处于永久不可再注册了。

我好几年前随手注册了一个谷歌账号，后来完全不记得有这回事，直到一天 G+推荐好友推荐了这个名字相近的老帐号，用以前常用的那个密码一试，还真登上了……
