是这样的，公司产品页面有个金融模块，里面是我们代理银行的金融产品展示，客户有需求，直接电话联系我们，我们实际做的就是居间代理，所以没有金融产品的资质。 从最开始上线 1.0.0 版本，一直发布到 1.0.7 都没问题，到 1.0.8 的版本被拒绝了，因为金融产品的问题。具体拒绝原因如下：
最开始上线的时候，也做了解释具体如下： 审核人员你们好，我司产品首页金融产品内，有相关金融信息，因业务本身无需提供资质，也无金融资质，所以特做如下的声明，并解释此业务的模式。 我司的金融业务模式为居间代理，我们只是将有贷款需求的客户匹配相应的贷款产品，至于是否能够发放贷款，是由我司合作的银行或者有资质的机构进行最终的审查决定；是否接受这笔贷款，也是由客户自行决定。 我们的角色只是居间促成交易，不涉及贷款的发放。
请问这种情况，怎么解决？或者哪位大大公司也有类似业务的怎么解释呢？

- What is your responsibility in such case? Is such responsibility stated clearly in the Terms & Conditions?

- License numbers for the Business License, Finance Permit, and Value Added Telecom Permit in the Review Notes section.
Additionally, please ensure your app ’ s Support and Privacy URLs in the metadata direct users to the webpages with appropriate information.
Please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in iTunes Connect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store.
