主路由 IP 地址手动分配， mac 地址绑定了，二级路由可以使用 AP 模式吗？

请教各位一个问题，
公司分配的 IP 地址和 mac 地址绑定，主路由没有开启 dhcp，请问这种情况下应该使用什么模式？
当前情况：二级路由 WAN 口连接，使用路由模式，设置静态 ip，mac 地址克隆，可以正常上网

你可以这样简单认为，AP 模式相当于插了一根网线到路由器上，如果之前插网线就不能使用，那么开启 AP 模式同样不能使用。
