下载了一个项目 npm run dev 启动提示

这个找了半天有个线索
npm i vue-loader
提示有两个依赖库 npm 、node 版本不支持
尝试改 npm 为 6.14
结果还是不行,提示 webpack 不存在
又全局安装 webpack-cli
有什么办法快速解决这类问题么
