老系统定时任务三步走，只能在 reader 和 processor 阶段 try-catch ，结果 writer 阶段因为字段标记了 nullable 报错了。现想在 processor 阶段提前校验下，找了半天资料也没见有对 Column 的校验工具，hibernate 里也没看到有封装的工具类，有人知道有这种校验工具吗？没有就手撸反射了？
