@keliaa 你好，目前暂时还没有上海 Base 哈，部门在上海没有 Base ，不过如果是资深的候选人，可以问下 HR 或者我可以帮忙问下 Leader 是否有可能 rebase 到上海，但是仅限资深的候选人，无经验的校招和 Entry Level 是不支持的哈（因为远程培养还是比较低效的）。有进一步需要的话可以邮件联系我，附上简历，我可以帮你问问

友好度来说，如果是 entry level 的职位，我理解可以降低一些对经验的要求，更看重能力一些，如果是 experienced level 的话，我理解是需要有相关经验的哦，有需要的话可以邮件联系我详细交流

@ygmyth 因为之前 PO 的岗位是社招+校招+实习，如果是社招的话（目前暂时没有校招 & 实习的名额了），还是希望有数据库开发经验的，团队里的同事也都有数据库开发经验

@cloverzrg2 基础架构这边确实有些系统在用 Rust 重构了，不过当前分布式 KV 引擎还是在用 C++ 开发和维护的哈。
