我也碰到了相同的问题，我在 mac(10.12.6)上系统偏好设置 -> icloud -> 账户详细信息 -> 安全性 -> 开启双重验证，不需要回答安全问题，然后去登陆 apple id 官网，输入用户名密码后，mac 会弹出验证码，输入到官网，就能进去了
