4.8 太蠢了，修改 bug 能在基本的错误上错一次，然后自相矛盾一次。claude 真是用不了一点

现在是所有人都用不了 fable ，美国人也用不了

As a result of a US government directive, we are suspending access to Claude Fable 5 for all users. You can continue to use all other Claude models.
