如果不想使用第三方的软件，可以试试下面方法（我就是这么调整的）
macOS Big Sur 及更高版本中，菜单栏应用程序的间距修改，在终端运行命令
```shell
defaults -currentHost write -globalDomain NSStatusItemSpacing -int x
defaults -currentHost write -globalDomain NSStatusItemSelectionPadding -int y
```
行间距为 6 （ x ），填充值为 12 （ y ）在我看来比较理想，具体情况因人而异。当填充值为行间距值的两倍时，效果最理想。
恢复到默认设置（终端运行）
```shell
defaults -currentHost delete -globalDomain NSStatusItemSelectionPadding
defaults -currentHost delete -globalDomain NSStatusItemSpacing
```
终端执行完命令，电脑注销或重启一下
